I am a double board certified nurse practitioner in family health and psychiatric mental health.

I have over 10+ years of experience as a nurse practitioner in family health and 5+ years of experience as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. I have been a registered nurse since 2010.

As a nurse practitioner, my goal is to close the gaps in healthcare by delivering accessible, high-quality care to every patient I serve

Mental health care is often marginalized in certain cultures, where it may carry stigma, shame, or guilt, and access to appropriate care remains limited for many.

I am deeply passionate about making mental health and medical wellness easier to access, more affordable, and less stigmatized for everyone who needs it.
